• Development of personalized timeline of scheduled wedding events.

• Create itinerary package for bridal party, ushers, family, and other important parties.
• Collection and inventory of wedding items to be set up on wedding day (candles, photographs, guest books, wedding favors, toasting glasses, serving sets, programs, seating cards, table numbers, etc.).
• Manage vendors: develop customized agenda/timeline, serve as point of contact, distribute final timeline and directions to all vendors.
Rehearsal (included):
• Organize wedding rehearsal.
• Work with officiant to organize ceremony, processional, and recessional.
• Instruct ushers on greeting guests and escorting procedures.

Pre-Ceremony
• Ensure bride and train are perfect heading down the aisle.
• Facilitate on-time arrival of hair & make-up stylists.
• Coordinate food deliveries and clear all meals.
• Pin corsages, boutonnieres, and flower girl flowers.
• Ensure photographer arrives on time and follows “must shoot” list; gather bridal party & immediate family for photos.
• Coordinate transportation and departure for ceremony.
• Assist bride with wedding dress.
• Communicate with best man to confirm groom’s readiness.
• Share timeline with driver and maid-of-honor/best man during transit.
Ceremony
• Oversee ceremony site set-up.
• Set up programs and other items (e.g., unity candles).
• Assist with program distribution and guest seating.
• Confirm and cue music pieces and musicians.
• Act as liaison with officiant for ceremony start cue.
• Communicate countdown to bride and groom.
• Line up bridal party and cue processional.
Prior to Reception
• Greet & supervise vendors.
• Oversee reception area set-up.
• Confirm food timeline with catering staff.
• Set up guest book, champagne flutes, cake-cutting utensils, table numbers, and menu cards.
• Assist maid of honor with bustling bride’s dress.
Reception
• Oversee cocktail hour food flow and table set-up.
• Manage bride & groom introductions and first dance timing.
• Cue DJ, band, photographer, and videographer for all key events (first dance, cake cutting, toasts, parent dances).
• Alert catering staff to pour champagne for toasts.
• Monitor catering service timing.
• Distribute final balances and gratuities to vendors.
• Remain on-site and accessible throughout event.
• Coordinate favor distribution or favor table set-up.
• Arrange transportation of gifts and all ceremony/reception items to designated family vehicle.
